Rajgarh Churu Master Plan 2031 has been created for Rajgarh Churu Town. Rajgarh Churu is a town and tehsil in the Churu district of northern part of Rajasthan state in India. The railway station in Rajgarh is known as Sadulpur. It is close to the Haryana border. Sadulpur Railway Junction lies on Bikaner-Churu-Sadulpur-Delhi, Hisar-Sadulpur-Loharu-Rewari and Hisar-Sadulpur-Churu railway routes. The State Highway No-41 passing through Rajgarh via Lambore, Bairasar Chhota, Sankhu, Jhunjhunu etc. Malsisar, A bypass road attaches to NH65 to Taranagar, Bhadra, and Hisar road. The National Highway No-709 Ext. also ending at Rajgarh. Rajgarh is situated on the main Delhi-Bikaner, Hisar-Jodhpur and Sriganganagar-Jaipur rail link. The railway junction of Rajgarh town is known as Sadulpur named after Maharaja Sadul Singh of Bikaner. It takes around 3–4 hours from Delhi (en route you would cross major stations like Gurgaon, Rewari, Mahendragarh, and Loharu).
Till 2011, the route had meter gauge track that was converted to 1,676 mm (5 ft 6 in) broad gauge. Several new trains now connect Rajgarh and Sadulpur to major cities Delhi, Bikaner, Jaipur, Lucknow, Degana, Sri Ganganagar, Hisar, Hanumangarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Howrah, Jammu Tawi, Ludhiana, and Pathankot. The nearest airports are New Delhi Airport and Jaipur Airport. The latitude of Rajgarh is 28.664082 and the longitude is 75.380630. It is located between the 28° 39′ 50.6952” N and 75° 22′ 50.2680” E.

The objective of the Rajgarh Churu Master Plan 2031 is to create enabling spatial and land use planning framework to achieve the Vision of Rajgarh Churu Master Plan 2031 in order to promote, guide and rationalize. The future growth and development of the urban centers is defined by the Master Plan/Development Plans which are evolved for each settlement at individual level. Rajgarh Churu Master Plan 2031 has been considered as one of the most effective mechanism to promote planned growth of the urban centers. It lays down the road map, agenda and framework within which the District growth is envisioned. It provides a tool for the authorities to take decision with regard to current and future development related issues.
Rajgarh Churu Master Plan 2031 provides the framework for rationalizing the orderly movement of traffic and transportation within the District and defines the area for laying down network of various services. The plan is used for promoting integrated development of the urban centre by rationalizing its pattern of land use and their inter-relationship. It also defines the strategies and solutions for overcoming the existing problems of the urban centers and to overcome its infrastructural and service related inadequacies. In addition, it provides options for accommodating the future addition to population which is likely to come to the urban centre due to natural growth and migration. Master Plan acts as a tool for determining the infrastructure cost which would be required to make the District sustainable. The plans offer futuristic solutions by laying down agenda for its growth and development.
