  • List of apartments with unique number assigned to each unit shall be uploaded on NBCC’s website. The applicants are mandatorily required to indicate their presence in order of their property for category of apartment along with the unique number assigned.
  • Applicants will be free to exercise up to three choices in order of their preference in their application form.
  • Allotment of apartment shall be done on first come first serve basis out of three choices opted by the applicant in order of the seniority of the applicant identified.

Payment Schedule

  • Application Money- 50,000/-
  • Amount payable within 30 days of allotment- 30% of BSP less application money
  • 1st installment payable within 60 days of allotment- 30% of BSP + EDC/IDC
  • 2snd installment payable within 90 days of allotment- 35% of BSP + PLC
