Application money for each type dwelling unit is 1,00,000/-

  • The allotment of apartments shall be done on first come first served basis. The allotment of apartment to these applicants shall be made based on the seniority established through NBCC’s diary number subject to availability of apartments opted.
  • On the basis of seniority, the applicants shall be allotted any apartments out of the preferred choices opted by them, If available.
  • In case there is clash of choice for a particular apartment(s), in such case allotment of apartment shall be done based on the seniority of the applicant.
  • The allotment of apartment for the applications received during the period the scheme is opened shall be done within 15 days of closing of scheme and Letter of Allotments to the successful applicants shall be dispatched within 30 days of closing of scheme.
  • In case the apartment as per choice of the applicant is not available, He/She will be given an opportunity to choose an apartment out of the available inventory. However if the applicant does not avail this opportunity within the time specified by NBCC, the next person in the seniority list will be considered for allotment. These applicant(s) shall be allotted an apartment at a later stage as per availability at the time of allotment.
  • NBCC has allowed 5% reservation of apartments opened for sale in the residential complex for regular employees of NBCC.
  • Allotment of parking slots shall be done at the time of possession of apartment by NBCC
