Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana Details, MMVY
Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana Portal is to design, develop and facilitate an online, workflow based platform so as to facilitate online collaborative functioning by various stakeholders and ensure rule-based, transparent and effective implementation of the scheme.
The system must allow the sanction and disbursal of the amount to the eligible student within 3 working days of online submission of the proposal by the concerned college / institute.
Benefits & Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana
- Engineering: Any student whose rank in JEE Mains exam is under 50 thousand and if the student gets admission in any government or non-government engineering college, then total fees of the government college will be borne by the state government. For private college Rs 1.5 lakh rupees or actual education fee whichever is less will be borne by the state government.
- Medical: Students who got merit from National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) received admission in MBBS / BDS course of Medical College / Dental College of any State or State Government or Private Medical College / Dental College located in Madhya Pradesh. The fees payable to the students will be borne by the state government.
Explanation: Under the Government of India, such institutions which give admission on the basis of the examination conducted by themselves will also be included in the scheme.
- Through the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), the total fees for admission in any courses after 12th class in National Law Universities (NLU) across the country will be borne by the state government.
- Full fees of the course of the Graduation Program or Integrated Post Graduation Program, operated in all the institutions of the Government of India located in Madhya Pradesh, will be borne by the state government. All the colleges of the state government, the full fees of all B.Sc, BA, B.Com, Nursing, Polytechnic and graduate level courses will be borne by the state government.
Eligibility Conditions Students must be resident of Madhya Pradesh, the annual income of the student’s parents / guardian do not exceed Rs 6 lakhs, in the 12th examination conducted by the Secondary Education Board student should have achieved 75% or more marks and 85% or more if the exam is conducted under CBSE / ICSE Board.
