JDA Jaipur Approved Four New Housing Schemes Offering 1250 Plots
In a project work committee (PWC) meeting, Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved four new housing schemes. The approval of JDA’s new residential plans with administrative and financial approvals for the development of roads, renewal and reinforcement of roads, sewer lines, electrification etc.
Under the housing scheme, a total of 1250 plots were created under which Gajadhar Nagar was approved in the newly created residential scheme of JDA at village Gajadharpura. A total of 496 plots of 45 to 120 sqm will be offered in the scheme. Gram Dharmapura folds Residential planning Dharm Vihar was created in Jaipur, in which 300 plots of 90 to 162 sqm will be offered.
Similarly, the approval of the Kesar Vihar Residential Scheme in Village Baguravavanan and Bagu Arts in Sanganer was also approved. There are 269 plots of 45 to 72 sqm in the scheme.
Approval of the blueprint of the Housing Scheme Deendayal Nagar on the land of JDA was approved in village Bhambhoria. There are 189 plots of 120 to 220 sqm in the scheme. The revised map of Kanhao Professional (Multipurpose) scheme Agra Road was also approved in the meeting.
With the housing plans, many development works were also given a green signal. In the city, in six places public toilets will be created for which Rs 2.60 crore is sanctioned. In sector 29 remaining areas which are not connected with the sewer line will be joined and Rs 3.96 is sanctioned. There will also be renovation worth Rs 1.36 crore and for Prithviraj Nagar (PRN) south sewer line will be constructed worth Rs 186 crore.
In the PRN north Kalwara road, Gokul Nagar scheme electrification will be done worth Rs 4 crore. Near the former President memorial site, a 1200 sqm library will be created.
