How to check your name in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) beneficiary list for PMAY eligibility criteria?
Just go to the URL below and type at least first three letters of your name or the name of probable beneficiary. You can also type full name but be careful with the spellings.
After typing letters of your name, press the “SHOW” button, then a list will open containing the list of PMAY beneficiaries matching your name. Now you can verify your eligibility in the list by matching your name against your father’s name, gender, religion, city or state name.
The list of beneficiaries is being prepared using the SECC-2011 data. You can also click the name of the beneficiary to view the family member details, if available.
Who can avail Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme?
A beneficiary is defined as:
- A beneficiary family will comprise husband, wife, unmarried sons and/ or unmarried daughters.
- An adult earning member (irrespective of marital status) can be treated as a separate household.
- The beneficiary family should not own a pucca house (an all weather dwelling unit) either in his/her name or in the name of any member of his/her family in any part of India.
- Meeting income criteria defined under the scheme.
The interested candidates those fit the PMAY eligibility criteria can apply online for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by visiting any of their nearest common service center in urban area. Out of total 2 Lakh CSCs, 60000 in urban areas will be enabled to accept online form submission for the scheme.
The process of online applications for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is e-KYC (Know Your Client) enabled which means applications are submitted after due verification of the candidate details.
The cost of online submission of PMAY application form would be Rs. 25. The Common Service centers would provide acknowledgement receipt of the online application of PMAY in print form. The acknowledgement receipt will also contain the photograph of the applicant and a unique application ID which will help track the status of application.
Aadhar card will be one of the mandatory documents required to apply online. However, if the candidate does not have Aadhar card, CSC will also help get an Aadhar card for the candidate.
